After opening up a dealership in Mumbai on 2nd December, the car manufacturer has now inaugurated a new outlet in Surat, Gujarat. With five outlets across major cities in Gujarat, an addition to the list is the one that has recently opened up at Surat Dumas Road, Piplod, Suratand. The new showroom was inaugurated by Eberhard Kern, Managing Director and CEO of Mercedes-Benz, India and Sanjay Thakker, Managing Director, Benchmark Cars. The company has seized its leading position among luxury cars and continues to be the luxury manufacturer with the densest network in the country.
With independent assembly facilities for passenger cars and commercial vehicles, the facility for Mercedes-Benz car is among the fastest Greenfield operations ever to be created. The new showroom in Surat is built on an extensive 10,000 sq. ft. area and has a stylish an11 car display. The showroom is equipped with modern amenities like customer lounge, cafeteria, children play area and a boutique display. It comprises of essentials like a dedicated finance and insurance counter. The service center of Mercedes-Benz is located at Icchapore G. I. D. C., O. N. G. C. Road and it features 20 service bays and a team of 31 trained staff.
